The Career Committee was founded in 2014-2015 by the 26th board of Babylon. This year, the Career committee will continue to make a professional contribution to Babylon.
The main goal of the Career Committee is to help members with additional support in education or workshops that will help them prepare for the labour market (think of subjects like Linked-in, job interviews, CVs, etc.). Secondly, the Career Committee will attempt to bridge the gap between members and organisations or individuals that can offer professional help on such matters if required.
In case you’re not sure where to find answers to questions pertaining to your career, CVs, the labour market, etc., the Career Committee might be able to help out.
Furthermore, the Career Committee also organises the Career Event this year. At the Career Event, students can visit workshops and presentations that will give them a better sense of the options they have concerning their future career and get the opportunity to network with professionals from the business world.
